My garden 3 (photos)

Buried treasure found in the midst of weeding and digging

My 2nd compost spot, where I planned to plant garlic, onion etc

Again, it got harder to dig after 6" deep. The soil became more solid with lighter colour. There were even 2 pieces of red brick found this time. Construction waste?

The hole seemed too small for that big lot

Time to think of a design. White lilies along the white fence, T-shaped pebbles, grass on 1 side and food stuff on the other. How's that?

My garden 2 (photos)

View of front fence after pruning

More weeding for this weekend, grass left aside (though I may have uprooted some)

By hook or by crook, I swear to bury the compost today before it stinks my kitchen

Trying to dig a 2x2 ft hole

Oops, hard rock/surface prevented me from digging further. That hole was only 6 inch deep

Just hantam everything in and let nature take over

How unfair, neighbours at the back row all have beautiful plants

My garden (photos)

Front fence after removing the weeds

Side fence

BaMa: Notice the green web, shall I remove it?

After the fallen leaves were swept away and weeds removed, the wooden edge showed itself. I think the previous owners have never mend their garden. The letter box door was found on the ground after cleaning this area

My first potted plant, AUD2 from Bunnings

After 2 hours of hard work. I didn't know weeding could take so much time. Haven't even done half of it, let alone planning to put in the compost!

BaMa: Are these weeds? Shall I kill 'em all? (Sorry, I'm an idiot in gardening)

Fruits & flowers of the trees at the side fence. NO idea what the plant is called

2 dead plants, quite an eye sore

The roots of the dead plants. Shall I cut the trunk or will they blossom after I removed the weeds around them?

Might not be a good idea if I kill these 2, how???
