It has been a busy 3.5 weeks since Adrian arrived. Apart from filing the final documents for the visa, we've also been busy buying stuff for the house, going around looking for ideas, rearranging our furniture and cleaning the house. Our new dining table set and coffee table finally arrived and our house starts to look like a cozy little house! Good thing that Adrian enjoys gardening more than I do, now our garden is going through a gradual transformation and hopefully Adrian would still have the momentum to continue to work on the next patch of land. The flowers (except for the lavender) I 'maintained' last year were uprooted and 'beyond repair' after enduring a month-long period of extreme heat and drought.
Adrian has also enrolled in BSF (bible study fellowship) and joined the local Monash Aquatic and Recreation Centre. Starting this week, he tries to study for his exam ('tries' because very often he is glued to the TV watching soccer or news or documentaries) and in the afternoon he goes swimming. Note: I am not complaining because he cooks dinner every day. :)
