Feels good to have a healthy diet, I guess now I don't think I can ever repeat the Losing Weight program I found effective. Look at the sandwich I made today!!! How can anyone resist it? Here're the ingredients:
3 wholemeal bread
1/4 avacado
1 cheese slice
alfafa
mushroom
shredded chicken
salad leaf
1 egg
That helluva sandwich lasted me for 8 hours!
