Today is the first day of Spring in Melbourne! Nice weather but down to a cool change since yesterday. This morning was 7C. (I sound like a weatherman...)
Since Nam Hong's arrival, we housemates have been into eating healthily and taking up classes at gym, trying to motivate each other for a healthy and toned body. Well, she's been teaching me to count the calories before eating the food, which I hated ppl doing that at a young age but now i gotta follow...
This is the weekly timetable for the class I'm trying to follow @ Fitness First near my house:
Mon: 7.30 Body Balance
Tue: 7.30 Yoga (optional)
Wed: 7.30 Body Pump (optional)
Thu: 7.30 Pilate
Sat: 9.30 Body Pump; 10.30 Steps
Sun: 9.30 Body Attack
Of course, we sometimes do cycling and treadmill, depending on the mood.
